This is a hydroentangled nonwoven that uses high pressure water jets to meld and bond the fibers. The process forgoes binders or additives which yields the lowest possible residuals or manufacturing bi-products such as adhesives, ions, or extraneous fibers. The result is a soft fabric that's compatible with precision cleaning of sensitive optics, yet adsorbent and robust for low lint wipedown. It is autoclavable for lab and bio-science use and is solvent compatible for spill cleanup or disinfection within ISO Class 6+ cleanrooms, buffer or anterooms.
